NAPLES, Fla. - The wife of a prominent lawyer in Naples is in trouble with the law again, for a third time in two years!
Stacey Scuderi was hauled into jail Tuesday night accused of leading deputies on a high speed chase, running over curbs, hitting mailboxes and resisting arrest.
While Scuderi refused a breathalyzer test, deputies say they smelled alcohol on her, noting she had urinated and defecated in the driver's seat.
Deputies say Scuderi ignored sirens and flashing lights for nearly three miles while she drove along Immokalee Rd.
She finally crashed inside her gated community.
She has been charged with DUI, property damage and leaving the scene of a crash.
