The Florida Lottery announced Wednesday that a 19-year-old Jupiter man won $2 million playing a scratch-off ticket.
Isaias Ruiz Garcia, 19, of Jupiter, won the top prize playing the lottery's Flamingo Multiplier Scratch-Off game.
Garcia chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1.5 million.
He purchased his winning ticket from Country Corner located at 17443 Central Blvd. in Jupiter.
The retailer will receive a $4,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
