UPDATE -- Florida Highway Patrol have released a possible description of the vehicle involved in the pedestrian fatal crash on Ortiz Avenue.
The car is described as a 2013 to 2015 Nissan Altima with possible right-front or right-side damage. possibly black or gray color.

UPDATE: Man identified in Fort Myers fatal hit-and-run
FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Police are looking for the driver in connection with a hit and run crash killing a pedestrian.
It happened early Sunday morning at 7 a.m at the intersection of Ortiz Avenue and North Galaxy Drive.
Police say a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle heading northbound. The pedestrian was thrown into a water-filled culvert nearby and pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the victim is still unknown and and an arrest has not been made.
