SARASOTA, Fla. -- The attorneys representing the parents charged in the death of Baby Chance Walsh will be in a Sarasota courtroom Friday.
Both Joseph Walsh and Kristen Bury waived their their court appearance and will most likely not appear in court.
Last month, authorities found Baby Chance's body in a wooded lot in North Port, 13 miles from his home. This after police say his father beat him to death days prior.
Both Walsh and Bury are facing murder charges. The hearing is expected to start at 9am.
