FORT MYERS, Fla. (UPDATE)- The Fort Myers Police Department has arrested Melvin L. Dukes for the shooting incident that occurred on February 4, 2016 at Michigan Avenue.
On February 5, 2016, Dukes was taken into custody and charged with aggrevated battery with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, shooting into an occupied conveyance and aggravated assault with a firearm.
