FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The search continues for suspects in a drive-by shooting that sent a Fort Myers man to the hospital Sunday afternoon.
Witnesses say that around 2:30pm Sunday, someone inside a dark-colored car pulled up to a home on Jeffcott Street off Henderson Avenue, where Desmond Jones was standing with his mother. Somebody in the car opened fire, shooting Jones in the hip, before taking off.
