FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Police are looking for a man they say used a handgun to rob a Fort Myers 7-Eleven store in the early morning hours Thursday.
The black male suspect is described as being in his early twenties who wore a long-sleeved dark t-shirt and long black shorts. The suspect had his head covered, wore gloves and black sneakers.
According to the Fort Myers Police Department, the man entered the 7-eleven store located on Winkler Avenue at Solomon Boulevard at 4:07am.
The man was armed with a gun and demanded money from the clerk. He then fled on foot with the cash.
