President Trump held a private event in Southwest Florida at the Caloosa Sound Convention Center

FORT MYERS, Fla. — President Trump made his way to Southwest Florida this afternoon.

The President will arrive at Private Sky and then be escorted to Downtown Fort Myers for his private event at the Caloosa Sound Convention Center.

Ahead of his visit, people camped out all night to get a glimpse of the President.

Both supports and protesters gathered in the area.

Fox 4 spoke with several people about the President’s visit.

One man described this event as his “Super Bowl.”

Another group gathered in support of Joe Biden. A caravan has been organized that will meet at the Broadway Palm Theater and take off from there.

The event is expected to begin approximately at 1:30 PM.
