LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- The Major Crimes Unit of the Lee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a dead person found in a San Carlos Park-area condo Sunday.
According to the sheriff's office, a 911 hang-up call was received Sunday from a residence in the 17400 block of Old Harmony Drive. That's in the Emerson Square community off Tamiami Trail south of Alico Road.
Responding deputies requested the assistance of the Major Crimes Unit to take over for a death investigation.
The investigation is ongoing, and no further details are available at this time.
