CAPE CORAL , Fla. -- Police are asking drivers to avoid a NW Cape intersection until about 4pm due to a serious crash with injuries.
The crash happened shortly after 2pm at the intersection of Burnt Store Road and Tropicana Parkway, near the 7-Eleven store.
Road blockage is reported in the area. It is unknown the severity of the injuries at this point.
