**UPDATE (7AM)** -- Florida Highway Patrol reports that all lanes have reopened at mile marker 53, and traffic is moving in the area again.

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- Drivers headed towards Naples on Alligator Alley are experiencing a backup this morning after a vehicle crash with injuries.
The crash happened in the northbound/westbound lanes around 5 a.m. in the area of mile marker 53, roughly halfway between Fort Lauderdale and Naples.
One northbound lane is blocked to traffic.
