ESTERO, Fla. — The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation reported the emergency suspension of an alcoholic beverage vendor license for Rusty’s Raw Bar and Grill.
A press release states that the emergency license action is based on a finding that there was an immediate danger to public health, safety, or welfare that required suspension of the license to avoid future harm.
The suspension is for the Estero location on Tamiami Trail.
On August 8th they had over 200 patrons with more waiting in a long line to enter when they were only allowed fewer than 100 the report states.
