CAPE CORAL, Fla. — The German American Social Club says Oktoberfest has been postponed until 2021.
The organizion says coronavirus concerns and directives from Governor DeSantis regarding large gatherings lead to the decision.
"In these uncertain times, the health and safety of our members and community weighs heavily in all decision made and we hopeful to safely bring this event back in the first quarter of next year," the club's board of directors says.
