NAPLES, Fla. — The Naples Fire-Rescue Department is calling on Governor DeSantis for help to keep people safe.

Fire Chief Pete DiMaria is asking for DeSantis for a lockdown.

In an email message to DeSantis, DiMaria is asking for a stay at home order or “shelter in place” to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

The Chief believes the faster the Governor can act, the better chances we have of slowing the spread.
