UPDATE ( 9:40 AM)-- The Lee County Government announced all vaccine reservations for Lee County are now booked.

The state vendor now has a help line 888-499-0851.

The line is not able to schedule reservations.

Beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20, people can call toll-free 866-200-3468.

The phone line will not accept appointments before 9 a.m. Wednesday. The reservation slots are expected to be claimed quickly, likely within minutes.

Tidal Basin representatives say people on the phone will either be scheduled for appointments while on the line or be prompted to leave their contact information to receive a callback. Some people will receive a message that all slots are full once that occurs.

Only people with appointments will be vaccinated this week at the site, which is off Daniels Parkway near Southwest Florida International Airport.

Appointments are available for seniors 65 and older and frontline healthcare workers only at this time.
