PUNTA GORDA, Fla. -- Southwest Florida is taking a step back in time. Thursday, replicas of Christopher Columbus's ships the Pinta and the Nina arrived in Punta Gorda.
The ships are docked at Fisherman's Village for you to take tours of, until they set sail on April 11th for Naples where they will be at Tin City.
If you're interested in climbing aboard, admission is $8 for adults, $7 for senior citizens, and $6 for students age five through 16. Children four and under get in for free.
The ships are open from 9 am to 6 pm.
