CAPE CORAL, Fla.-- Police have arrested a man accused of assaulting his babysitter.
36-year-old Enrique Lara is facing two counts of lewd lascivious behavior on a child younger than 16-years-old. Lara and his wife hired the babysitter to watch their kids in August. During a ride home, Lara allegedly touched her inappropriately multiple times, according to the report.
Police eventually found out about the incident after the victim confided to her therapist.
