LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- The girlfriend and child of the man who went on a deadly shooting rampage in Cape Coral two weeks ago are now out of the hospital.
Police say Christopher Moran went on a shooting spree on June 5th that left two dead and three others injured before he was shot and killed during a shootout with police.
Thursday, Cape Coral Police reported that the two people injured in Moran's car during the shootout -- girlfriend Maria A. Rodriguez and their 14-month-old son -- have both been released from the hospital in good condition.
The child is now in foster care.
