CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. -- A brush fire near Interstate 75 is causing delays in the southbound lanes in Port Charlotte.

According to Charlotte County Fire & EMS, fire crews are working the approximately 4-acre fire, which is located between the Kings Highway (mile marker #170) and Harborview Road (mile marker #167) exits.
