The man suspected of taking 9-year-old Diana Alvares from her home 7 days ago has been located.
Jorge Guerrero-Torres was taken into custody overnight after being tracked down in a neighboring county.
Diana was not with the suspect when he was located, investigators are still searching for the missing child.
