A 911 call made by Cape Coral Mayor Marni Sawicki's ex husband gives more insight into the domestic disturbance that preceded a visit from police.

The explosive phone call made by Cape Coral Firefighter Ken Retzer occurred on November 1st. During the call Retzer can be heard slamming his ex wife's phone to the ground.

"911 what's your emergency," said Dispatcher. "Look at this, look at this...(crashing sound) that's your *bleeping* phone, said Retzer as a 911 dispatcher continues to inquire about the nature of the phone call.

"911 what's your emergency?"

Retzer never says whether there is an emergency at the home, but instead tells the dispatcher what he's doing next.

"Yeah I'm leaving Mayor Marni Sawicki's house."

A police report from the night of the incident refers to the situation as a "domestic disturbance." In the next portion of the phone call it's unclear if Retzer is talking to the dispatcher or his ex wife.

"What's the address sir," said Dispatcher." "And I don't want to hear any bull *expletive* about it!," said Retzer.

From there the phone call goes silent, and appears to end the call.

"Hello, sir?" said Dispatcher.

In the 911 call obtained by Fox 4 it appears the 911 dispatcher called Retzer back twice before he answered.

"Yea I called 911 cause (sic) I was leaving Marni Sawicki's house," said Retzer. "Okay, what's the address sir," said 911 dispatcher.
"Umm sombody's.... I don't give a expletive what the address is," said Retzer. "It doesn't matter I'm out of there," said Retzer.

The dispatcher tried again to find out Retzer's exact location.

"What's the address sir? said Dispatcher. "I don't care, I'm out of there it's bull expletive. (inaudible) It's over, figure it out! There's no domestic I'm out of there expletive this city!" said Retzer.

The police report states when an officer got to the mayor's condo, she "Did not wish to provide any information" and "walked back into the condo... "and later returned while speaking to police chief Newlan." The officer said when he asked to provide the info needed for the report, she "again refused."

According to police, Mayor Sawicki did not report a crime, and did not appear to be a victim of battery.

Fox 4 reached out to both Sawicki and Retzer prior to airing this report however they did not respond in time for this report.
