GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Fla. -- Collier County deputies have made a second arrest in a shooting that killed a teenager in Golden Gate Estates early last year.

22-year-old Robert Cheney, Jr. is now charged with third-degree murder and attempted third-degree murder.  He's being held in jail on bond.

Deputies say Cheney was with Meliton Cruz back in January of 2015 when Cruz shot and killed Marcos Aleman and injured Michael Stallone.

Deputies say it happened during a drug deal that went bad.

Cruz is now serving a 25-year sentence after pleading guilty to second-degree murder.
