SEBRING, Fla. — Two people have died and another was also injured after a helicopter crashed into the Sebring Falls Mobile Home Park in Highlands County, the Sheriff's Office reports.

 

 

Highlands County Sheriff's Office says that the crash occurred at 2:37 p.m. Tuesday at the Sebring Falls Mobile Home Park located at 2100 Caribbean Road in Sebring.

Deputies say that two people have died and another person was injured and transported to the hospital. The names of those involved in the crash have not been released at this time.

Two homes are reportedly on fire, but initial reports indicated that no one was in those homes at the time of the crash.

Authorities ask that you use caution in the area of Flare Road and Ryant Blvd. off US 27.
