Comcast customers across the country are experiencing a disruption in service Monday.
A Comcast outage report website said thousands of people are experiencing problems.
A public relations manager in Jacksonville, Fla., confirmed the problems in a statement to WPTV:
“We’re continuing to investigate what appears to be a temporary network interruption that impacted some of our services this morning. Our engineers have been working on this and services are starting to be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers.”
An outage map showed areas are affected across Florida, including West Palm Beach, Miami and Jacksonville.
Other U.S. cities impacted include New York, Boston, Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, Philadelphia, Denver and Minneapolis.
