Once a Corrections Officer at the Lee County Sheriff's Office, Coach Joe Formica now teaches self defense in Fort Myers at his own Martial Arts studio called Team Zeal Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

It's located at 8540 Dayton Avenue in Fort Myers and opens at 8 a.m.
