LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- There's a Southwest Florida food truck that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
The Serious Cookie Company, based in Naples, is owned by the Paxton family. Rob came up with the idea a few years ago and the truck officially hit the road in 2016. His wife and daughter, Samantha help run the truck.
They serve half-pound cookies, ice cream sandwiches and even raw cookie dough that's safe to eat. Their best seller is the half-pound chocolate chip cookie.
They also have cakes and cupcakes made to order. Other flavors include chocolate chip pecan, white chocolate and peanut butter.
