There are so many events happening this weekend in SWFL!
We just couldn't include only 5 events, so we've added two more events for our list of things to do this weekend in Southwest Florida; and all the fun starts from tomorrow, Thursday Nov. 8th. Enjoy your weekend SWFL!
Cape Coral Coconut Festival
Cape Coral, FL - One of the most popular events in Cape Coral is coming back to the Sun Splash Family Waterpark! The Coconut Festival is a nutty 4 day event that features national performers, community entertainment, carnival rides, fireworks, food, vendors, games, craft beer garden, live entertainment, cirque acts, Polynesian dancers, stilt walkers, shows and performances. Highlights of the event include 2 nights of national entertainment on the Main Stage with Classic Rock and Country with an amazing fireworks display to end the night. The Coconut Festival offers a long weekend full of family fun for residents and visitors from all over; making memories, celebrating & going a little "coconuts".

Cape Coral Veterans Day Parade
Cape Coral, FL - Join us as the community honors our American Heroes and pays tribute to those who lost their lives, those who served honorably and those who are still proudly serving our country. The Veteran's Day Celebration is a cooperative effort of the City of Cape Coral Parks and Recreation and other local supporters. This year's parade will be on Cape Coral Parkway beginning at 2:00pm. Parade route is westbound from Del Prado to Chester Street. This year's Grand Marshal is Retired Marine Sgt. Bob Collum.

The MS Center's Great Amazing Race
Fort Myers, FL - Start Your Team Today! Get your family and friends onboard to support your team. Challenge your Brain and Brawn to complete 10 different obstacles, all while helping an Amazing mission to improve the quality of life for the over 2500 people in SWFL who suffer from multiple sclerosis. First place race winners will receive two roundtrip tickets on Southwest Airlines. Second and third place winners will also receive great prizes! OR You can start a “Virtual Team”!
