North Port woman wins $1,000,000 scratch-off lottery ticket

FORT MYERS, Fla. — Congratulations to Susan Fellers, 64, of North Port.

Fellers claimed a $1 million top prize from $5,000,000 LUCK Scratch-Off game using a secured drop box located at the Fort Myers District Office.

Fellers purchased her winning ticket from EZ Liquor Beer Cig located at 13680 Tamiami Trail in North Port.

The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $20 game, $5,000,000 LUCK, launched in September 2019 and features more than $329 million in cash prizes, including six top prizes of $5 million.

The Florida Lottery is responsible for contributing more than $37 billion to education and sending more than 840,000 students to college through the Bright Futures Scholarship Program. The Florida Lottery reinvests 98 percent of its revenue back into Florida's economy through prize payouts, commissions to more than 13,000 Florida retailers, and transfers to education.
