Destin woman wins $1 million from $5 Monopoly scratch-off game

TALLAHASSEE - The Florida Lottery announces that Rebecca Adams, 22, of Destin, claimed a $1 million prize in the $5 MONOPOLY™ JACKPOT Scratch-Off game. She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $715,000.00.

Her winning ticket from was purchased at Texaco Food Shop, located at 248 Main Street in Destin. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
