The Lee County Sheriff's Office has identified three men arrested early Monday following the deadly Fort Myers club shooting that killed two and injured twenty.

The three arrested are facing charges related to a confrontation with deputies.  They have not been charged in connection with the shooting attack at the Club Blu Bar and Grill in Fort Myers just after midnight Monday.

The arrested include Derrick Church, Demetrius O'Neal and Tajze Battle.   Church is charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and fleeing and eluding.  O'Neal and Battle are each charged with resisting without violence.

They were taken into custody following a pursuit after someone alerted deputies to two suspicious vehicles, one white and another green, possibly connected to the club shooting.

A Fort Myers police unit attempted a traffic stop of the white vehicle, but the driver fled.  A Lee County deputy unit assisted in the pursuit and used a pit maneuver to bring the car to a stop.  Two people, O'Neal and Battle, ran from the stopped car while Church accelerated toward the deputy and the deputy shot at Church, striking him in the stomach.

Church was taken to the hospital, treated, then arrested.  Battle and O'Neal were eventually captured.

Investigators say the search for more suspects in the club shooting continues.
