NAPLES, Fla. -- For the second time in two weeks, the same man may have approached a child in Collier County.

The Collier County Sheriff's Office says a suspicious person walked up to a 7-year-old girl in a Golden Gate neighborhood Saturday.

Deputies say the child was playing in her yard in the Valencia Lakes community when a man walked up to the fence and asked if he could pet her dog. The man stayed in front of the fence for several minutes before leaving.

The child reported the incident to her mother.

The mother recognized the child's description of the man's feature from a sketch released by the sheriff's office April 14th. A white male, with long gray hair, a beard, moustache and green eyes approached a girl along Cypress Way in North Naples.

A spokesperson with the sheriff's office says the man isn't facing any charges, but investigators want to speak with him about why he is in these neighborhoods.
