NAPLES, Fla. -- New details have been released about a death investigation in Naples.  Police now confirm that two men were shot to death Thursday evening off Goodlett-Frank Road.

Police now say the bodies of 29-year-old John Vargas and 18-year-old Xavier Sierra were found in a wooded area behind Naples Commons, near the Gordon River.  Their bodies were found in close proximity to each other with gunshot injuries.

Police say these two men were acquaintances, and their deaths may have been the result of an argument, meaning the community is not in any danger.

Their exact causes of death will be determined later by the Medical Examiner.
