Pokemon seen walking among Cape Coral

CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- You don't necessarily need a smart phone to find a Pokemon, apparently.  There's one out walking in Cape Coral.

Cape residents have been seeing somebody walking down the street in a full Pikachu outfit.  Photos shared with Fox 4 show the character going down Chiquita Boulevard.

Wednesday, even the Cape Coral Police Department reported a sighting, posting a photo on Instagram.

At least it's better than seeing a scary clown.
