LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- An Estero man, charged with hacking into the Lee County Elections system in order to expose a flaw, is expected to accept a plea deal.

Back in May, Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents arrested David Levin on three counts of unauthorized computer hacking.

The arrest was made months after Fox 4 aired an exclusive report where he, along with former supervisor of elections candidate Dan Sinclair, revealed they were able to access an elections server.

Levin and Sinclair claim they were trying to highlight a problem with security.

Count on Fox 4 to let you know what this plea deal entails.
