A man was arrested for threatening to stab a bus station manager when asked to leave the station, the Collier County Sheriff's Office said.

It happened at the Collier Transit Bus Station on East Tamiami Trail on Thursday.

A supervisor at the location told deputies that a man with a Wal-Mart shopping cart was sleeping on a bench outside the office. When the man was asked to leave, he relocated to a restroom nearby, CCSO said.

The man was later asked to leave the area by a station manager. That's when the suspect began arguing with the manager and pulled out a four-inch pocket knife threatening to stab him, CCSO said.

Surveillance from the area revealed the suspect as 22-year-old Justin Mills.

He was later arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
