7-year-old Alyssah Lauritse who was last seen on Lake View Street in Port Charlotte Friday morning was found by law enforcement in Georgia, Charlotte County deputies said.
The boy was last seen in the custody of his biological mother, 31-year-old April Rose Shoppel, last known to be residing in Texas.
Deputies have not released any additional information on the child's well being.
