A Pasco County waterfront property that once belonged to Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash is for sale. The retreat-style home was built in 2004 and is priced at $894,950.

Located at 7814 Pier Road on the Pithlachascotee River, the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home has 3,250 square feet of living space, along with 164 feet of water frontage with two docks equipped with remote controlled lifts, jet ski pads and water/electricity access.

While his primary home was in Hendersonville, Tenn., The Man in Black would often visit Port Richey to fish and relax when he had a break from touring.

While the home was built after both Johnny and June Carter Cash passed away in 2003, the country music couple and former property owners are remembered in the home. The warranty deed, bearing the signatures of John R. Cash and June Carter Cash, is on display in the living room.
