MEXICO BEACH, Fla. -- Google has updated its Street View images along Mexico Beach to show ground-level looks at the damages caused by Hurricane Michael earlier this month.

Michael made landfall near Mexico Beach on October 10th as the thirst-most intense Atlantic hurricane to make landfall in the United States.

The storm ravaged the beachside town, destroying the majority of structures in town.

The new images uploaded to Google Street View were taken from a vehicle driving along Highway 98 through the town shortly after the storm, and show piles of debris everywhere and crews working on cleanup details.
