NAPLES, Fla. — The Conservancy of Southwest Florida will hold their 4th annual Baby Shower event on Saturday to help stock up on food and supplies for their wildlife hospital.

The Conservancy's wildlife rehabilitation hospital is open 365 days a year to help take care of injured, sick and orphaned wild animals. They say their goal is to release every animal back into the wild.

Summer is the time of year they typically see a high volume of baby birds and other patients, so the Baby Shower event is being held in hopes of people bringing in food and supply donations for the summer patients.

If you bring in a donation, they'll offer you a free Critter Courier box to transport injured animals and one free admission coupon to the Conservancy's nature center. Also with your donation, you're eneterd for a chance to go behind the scenes of the wildlife hospital.

The event is Saturday, June 8th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
