HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. -- A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for an 11-month-old girl last seen in Tampa.
11-month-old Philyonnie Williams-Jones was last seen in the area of the 8000 block of Shady Wood Drive in Tampa.
The child may be in the company of 37-year-old Marcedes Jones. She is a black female, 5'3" tall, 254 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
They may be traveling in a 2005, white Ford Taurus, Florida tag number 7371XN. The vehicle has front end damage to the driver side headlight.
