OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. -- The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a Missing Child Alert for a 14-year-old girl last seen in Kissimmee.
Tiara Blankenship was last seen in the 4900 block of Dunmore Lane in Kissimmee.
She is described as a white female with brown hair and green eyes, 5 feet tall and 130 pounds.
