COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- One man is in custody after a shooting in Golden Gate Estates Monday morning.
Deputies say it happened shortly after 11am at a home in the 2200 block of Della Drive.
According to witnesses,a woman who owns two homes on the street asked a friend to pick up a scooter from the other house. And when they arrived, a man reportedly stepped outside and opened fire.
An initial investigation indicates that no one was hit.
Police arrested and charged Shane McFarland with discharging a firearm and aggravated assault.
