At least four people are dead after a fiery crash involving over two-dozen vehicles on a Colorado highway Thursday.

Police have charged 23 year old Texas truck driver Rogel Lazaro Aguilera-Mederos with four counts of vehicular homicide.

The truck driver slammed into stopped cars during rush hour traffic. YouTuber Josh McCutchen, who streams live video on his Burger Planet channel, saw the entire accident happened.

He was live streaming at the time when the semi came barreling by his car right before it crashed.

McCutchen said, "I've seen a lot of wrecks along the way that was definitely the worst one I have ever seen."

The fiery crash looked straight out of a Hollywood action film. Lakewood Police Department said, "We don't have any indication this was intentional act by the driver at all."

Authorities are still trying to determine what exactly happened to lead to this fatal crash.

More than 120,000 crashes involved a large truck nationwide in 2018, according to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Of those crashes, nearly 3,500 resulted in a fatality.

Police are investigating the truck’s mechanics and looking into the driver’s route.
