A patient at Health Park Hospital says a male employee touched her breasts inappropriately while on the job.
The woman told officials that the employee grabbed her right breast area inappropriately on the way back to her assigned room after medical testing.
A spokesperson for Lee Health released a statement saying:
"The safety and protection of our patients is a top priority at Lee Health. When the patient brought this allegation to our attention, we promptly placed a staff member on leave and notified the appropriate authorities. We are cooperating with law enforcement in their investigation. "
