PORT CHARLOTTE , Fla. -- A geyser of water was shooting from a Port Charlotte street Friday morning, the result of a water main break.
The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office tweeted out a photo from the scene Friday morning.
It was happening on Leland Street SW, just off Harbor Boulevard.
They warned there may be some traffic delays on Harbor Boulevard while utility crews are in the area.
A new water feature on Leland St SW in PC has opened up! Seems a bit cold for water play, but who are we to judge? 🤣 But seriously - if you're on Harbor drive carefully, repairs could affect traffic - & send warm thoughts to our friends at Utilities who have to climb in there! pic.twitter.com/5tCHq8iP3l
