LEE COUNTY, Fla — Investigators are looking for the driver of a vehicle that hit a 50-year-old bicyclist on Sunday.
Troopers say the vehicle was driving southbound on San Carlos Boulevard.
They say the 50-year-old man was riding his bicycle westbound across San Carlos Boulevard south of Whitewater Court when the vehicle hit the rear of the bicycle.
The man was separated from his bicycle and landed in the outside lane of San Carlos Boulevard.
Troopers say the vehicle drove away.
The bicyclist received minor injuries from the accident.
