UPDATE -- The City of Cape Coral cleaned up Barbara Randolph's tree stumps, Wednesday. Neighbors told Four In Your Corner they are thankful Randolph reached out to us.
They came out around 7:30 this morning and it took them about an hour.

CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- In a Cape Coral neighborhood full of manicured lawns, clean pavements and blooming flowers, the ten foot wall of leftover Hurricane Irma debris stands out like a sore thumb. One woman says she's tried everything to get the City's help.
“The people across the street put in sod to fix the damage that my trees caused. And yet, my yard still looks like… junk," said Barbara Randolph, the resident with a mountain of tree stumps in her front lawn
Randolph says damage from the hurricane forced her to have her trees cut down and uproot them in order to be ready for pick up. The cost of getting that done was $4100.
The City of Cape Coral told Fox 4 that tree stumps are a separate item and are cleaned up last. They clarified that if residents hire contractors, it is the contractor's job to clean up the left over trees. However, they are planning to go out to Randolph's house tomorrow to take care of the tree stumps.
