Neighbors told 4 In Your Corner reporters they had noticed suspicious traffic in the area over the last six months. "There were people there all the time," said one neighbor. "The garbage piled up, they always had furniture in the car port, people would be sleeping in their cars."

Residents said they're glad the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office acted quickly on the nuisance. "I think the whole neighborhood is going to be very glad it happened," said a neighbor. "This makes us feel a little safer and a little more like the family community this is supposed to be."
