LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- We're getting a better look at two men accused of breaking into several Lehigh Acres businesses earlier this week, cutting through drywall to move between the businesses.
As we reported earlier this week, in the early morning hours Monday, two unidentified white males, donned in all black clothing and ski masks and pried open the back door of New York Pizza, located at 1322 Homestead Road N. in Lehigh.
Once inside the vacant business, they cut through the drywall of adjacent businesses located in the same shopping center, and either successfully gained entry or attempted to enter the T-Mobile, Great Florida Insurance, and H & R Block.
After cutting a hole in the wall and making their way into the T-Mobile Store, the suspects used crow bars to pry open a safe. They then proceeded to H & R Block, where a wall in the back office was cut out and pushed in, however it does not appear that the suspects removed any items from the business.
The suspects also tried to maneuver the rear door at Great Florida Insurance, and while they were unsuccessful at their efforts, they did manage to cause roughly $800 in damages.
