FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Fort Myers Police are investigating a shooting that happened outside of the Lookers strip club on Fowler Street early Saturday morning.
Witnesses saw the parking lot of the club taped off around 3 A.M. as investigators collected evidence from the scene. Management at Lookers is not commenting about the incident at the moment.
People who work in the area were shocked to hear about the incident. "I was actually really taken back by it," said one employee nearby. "We have not had anything like this or heard of anything like this in the area.
It's unknown if anyone was hurt in the shooting or if there have been any arrests in relation to the incident. This is an active investigation.
